- A full day educational event to empower you to protect and enhance Toronto’s pollinators. An all day celebration of pollinators with five free workshops from a diverse group of educators.

Detailed Schedule at the Brickworks:
- 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM - Explore the lives of Bumblebees with Sheila Colla, PhD
- 11:30 AM - 12:45 PM - Pollinator Gardening: Tips and tricks to attract pollinators to your garden.
- 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - Honey Bee Hive Life with the Toronto Beekeepers Cooperative.
- 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM - Keeping the Bees: Why All Bees Are in Decline and What You Can Do to Save Them with Dr. Laurence Packer.
- 2:30 PM - 4:15 PM - Pollinator Monitoring with Dave Barr, Maria Kasstan, and Norma Barr.
- Learn about the importance of pollination services and gain hands-on experience in recognizing seven common types of insect pollinators (1 introduced and 6 native).
- Learn how to support pollinators as well as how to monitor pollinator activity using the Pollination Canada protocol.
- 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM - The movement of Bees with Naomi Tessler and Zita Nyrady. A movement and sound based workshop that brings community together through enacting the movement and sounds of the bee community
