The Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Toronto is hosting a free summer gardening workshop about compost basics,

and everyone is invited!

• When: Monday June 20, 2011 at 5 p.m.
• Where: Meet in the foyer of the Galbraith Building (35 St. George Street)
• Type: Hands-on (no experience needed!)

Come out and learn about the different types of composters, how they work, materials needed, and what to compost. After the discussion we'll be building a 3-bin traditional and a 1-bin vermi (worm) composter for the University Gardens.
