The community garden featured for the month of October 2008 is the H.O.P.E. Garden. It is located on Queen Street, behind the Masrick Cowan Community Centre. They have been working hard to reach out to the community, and have held several events during the Summer and fall. Here are some pictures of their fall harvest event called “Parkdale’s Annual ‘Food, Earth & Culture Festival’ – Hosted by Greenest City”.
