Research About Community Gardens

---This project is now completed---

Hello, my name is Marialena Dimou, and I am a fourth year student at the University of Toronto. I am conducting research about community gardens in Toronto. The focus of my project is to determine if there is a parallel or coalescence of social norms and environmental ethics in community gardens' groups.   For example, does the social norm of reciprocity within a group converge with an environmental ethic of reciprocity within nature? How the relationship between social norms and environmental ethics express itself?
I'm looking for present or past members/volunteers of community gardens to participate in my research. I need a minimum of 10 people to interview, and a minimum of 30 people to survey in mid-late January. The interviews would be 30 minutes-one hour, and can be done over the phone. The surveys would be 10-15 minutes (20 minutes max), and would be via email.

Would you be able to participate in my research?

...Do you know of anyone else who might be interested?

If you are interested in participating in the research, or if you have more questions,

please contact me Marialena Dimou by email: marialena.d@gmail.com

or by telephone: (416)827-7218
